Tanya offers eclectic yoga flow classes, blending together dynamic sequences, intentional breathwork techniques and guided meditation. Through the synchronization of breath and movement, students are encouraged to explore deeper states of grace and fluidity, and practice balancing the qualities of grounding and openness, effort and ease. Tanya strives to create a safe and welcoming space where students are encouraged to do what feels good in their body.
